As ourYouth Sports Director, you'll be the MVP leading the charge in creating an amazing sports environment for children aged 3 and up. Your role will be all about fun, growth, and ensuring that every young athlete feels like a champion. Here's how you'll make the magic happen:

We seek a leader with values that align with the Y's mission:

• A Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Education, or a related field OR 4 plus years of experience in youth sports or program management.
• Knowledge of youth sports issues, instruction practice, program creation and facilitation, and community outreach.
• A natural leader with fantastic communication and organizational skills.
• Someone who's energetic, creative, and ready to bring the fun every day.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to obtain).
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
