Weekly supervision with your Clinical Supervisor.QualificationsWho should apply?Mental Health Professionals with a Master's Degree in counseling, social services, or a closely related field and two (2) years of experience providing direct service to those with mental illness. Licensed Agency Affiliated Counselor Certification with Department of Health (DOH) or ability to obtain within 30 days from date of hire. Positive, solutions-oriented clinicians skilled at engaging and motivating children and youth to achieve participation in services. Knowledge of WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) principles and practice preferred, but not required at the time of hire.Valid driver's license & current automobile insurance, reliable transportation with an acceptable driving record.Professional licensure as a LMHC/A, LMFT/A, or LICSW/A preferred. Some of what you will do: Develops with the individual in service, an assessment and comprehensive treatment plan that identifies the unique needs of each individual and may provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy.Provide individual supportive therapy, i.e. problem-solving, role-playing, modeling and support, social skill development, and assertiveness training to increase client social and interpersonal activities in community settings.Provide ongoing measurement of the individual in service outcomes and evaluation of intervention effectiveness.
