Primary duties include planning and coordinating a comprehensive youth and young adult program. Responsibilities also include serving college-age students at Rider University. Evening and weekend work are essential components of this position. The successful candidate must be a practicing Catholic and demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. A minimum of two years of previous experience in parish ministry with high school youth is preferred. Post-graduate studies in theology, liturgy, or a related field are a plus.
